Forthright
35 Brazos St, Austin, TX 78701
First up is the dedicated brunch restaurant called Forthright, which we love for its bright, elegant atmosphere and large alfresco dining terrace. My favorite thing at Forthright is the incredibly delicious fried chicken and waffles, with mimosas of course. I highly recommend you try Forthright Café. Find them on East Cesar Chavez Street and Brazos Street, directly across from the 4-star The LINE Austin hotel, near the Congress Avenue Bridge.

Then head to Moonshine Grill for an amazing brunch in Austin. They are located on Red River Street and East 3rd Street in downtown Austin, directly across from the Austin Convention Center. What we love most about this place is that in addition to craft cocktails, moonshine, and Texas beer, they also have an incredible selection of sweet treats like dark chocolate cheesecake and banana cream pudding.
Taverna Austin (Downtown) | The Baci Room
258 W 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701
Taverna Austin is one of the best brunch spots in the Austin Market District and Waller Creek area, serving delicious brunch and mimosas. We think the taverna’s food really shines, but the drinks at this fine Italian restaurant are also impressive.
Knomad Bar
1213 Corona Dr, Austin, TX 78723
Knomad Bar is the best place for brunch in Austin because it’s conveniently located outside of the Windsor Park neighborhood. Do you ever feel sad when brunch is over, when the fun is over? Well, that’s not a problem here at Knomad Bar! At the end of brunch, the fun begins, usually with live music or quiz nights! They have a cheaper bottomless mimosa option than other places, only $11.50 for what they call the “mimosa rush” which sounds pretty intense.
Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden
79 Rainey St, Austin, TX 78701
Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden is a fun place to find Austin’s best sausages and enjoy an amazing brunch menu. Be sure to check out Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden for all your brunch needs when it comes to sausages, mimosas and countless craft beers.

Takoba
1411 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78702
Then check out this place called Takoba on East 7th Street and Onion Street, which we think is one of the best brunch spots in Austin. Unfortunately, the selection here at Takoba is endless, but they have some of the cheapest mimosas you’ll find in Austin, so it seemed fitting to include them on our list. Mimosas by the glass are just $2.50 and a bottle is only $8. So we think Takoba is one of the best brunch spots in Austin if you’re on a budget.

Located on 2nd Street in downtown Austin, CRU Food and Wine Bar offers incredible brunch food and drinks to make your weekend a perfect experience. I highly recommend trying the red peach Bellini, but they also have a wonderful mimosa made with Grove Stand orange juice and Ruffino prosecco, or try the Bellini Cipriani with white peach puree.
Swift’s Attic
Swift Building, 315 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701
Swift’s Attic is another amazing brunch spot in Austin with great brunch drink specials and phenomenal happy hour specials. Swift’s Attic is located on Congress Avenue across from the Texas Toy Museum and just north of the JW Marriott Austin. What we love most about Swift’s Attic is that you can top your mimosa with a slice of potato, peach, or raspberry to make it even more delicious.
